Is the mug mockup generator free?
Yes. You can make 2 mockups a day as a guest with no account, and a free account adds 25 credits a month. The Studio and Table scenes, white and black mugs, and both print types are free; the other scenes and mug types are on Pro, from $7.99 a month.
Can I use the mockups commercially?
Yes. Everything you generate is yours to use in Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or Redbubble listings, ads and social media, with no watermark.
What size are the images?
Every mockup is a 2000×2000 pixel square at 300 DPI, which fits Etsy's recommended listing photo size. Download it as JPEG or PNG.
Can I make a full-wrap mug mockup?
Yes, and it's free. Switch Print to Full wrap and the design covers the whole outside of the mug, from rim to base, continuing around the curve with no visible edge. The center of your design faces the camera.
What mug types are available?
A classic 11 oz glossy mug in white or black (free), two-tone accent mugs with a black, blue or pink inside and handle, and a white enamel camp mug with a navy rim (Pro).
Does it work with Printify, Printful and other print-on-demand services?
Yes. The output is a standard image file, so you can upload it anywhere you sell, whichever print provider makes the mugs.
